We will work with you to assess your readiness to stop smoking, or help you to reduce the number of cigarettes you do smoke and start thinking about setting a date for quitting. We can provide information on the nearest pharmacies and GP Practices available to you who run 12 week programmes of treatment and support. Our specialist Wellness Coaches will provide you with support through your 12 week programmes if this is something that you feel you would benefit from.
